I started CleanRun in 2013 after ten years watching homeowners in Fulton and DeKalb counties get quoted one number over the phone and handed another when the work was done. That still happens, and it still makes me tired. I run the Sandy Springs operation directly, and I still climb into attics when a job needs a second set of eyes. My specialty is flex-duct failure in Georgia’s humidity, the kind where the inner liner separates at the elbow and the homeowner’s been paying to cool their crawl space for two summers. I hold NADCA certification and carry a Georgia conditioned air contractor license. On weekends I restore a 1987 Chevy K10 that has spent more time on jack stands than on the road.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with CleanRun since 2017 and runs our negative-pressure extraction rigs, the Nikro and Abatement Technologies systems we deploy on full-system cleanings. He’s the technician other crews call when a duct run doesn’t match the blueprint, which happens often enough in Sandy Springs homes built between 1965 and 1985. Marcus is NADCA-certified in HVAC cleaning and holds a specialty in dryer vent routing through finished basements, a common headache in the Dunwoody Club Forest area. David K., Service Coordinator
David answers the phones and schedules the routes, which means he’s the live voice when you call (678) 904-9744 at 10 PM because your dryer vent backed up on a Sunday. He’s been with CleanRun since 2021 and knows every Sandy Springs neighborhood by its typical duct construction, from the metal trunks in Riverside to the flex-heavy second additions in Hammond Hills. Jasmine started with us in 2024 after completing her HVAC fundamentals coursework at Gwinnett Technical College. She works alongside Marcus on standard cleanings and is training on the Rotobrush contact-vacuum systems we use for lighter residential buildup. Her current focus is register and boot cleaning, the detailed work at the endpoint of every duct run where debris collects thickest. Jasmine has already developed a reputation for catching disconnected returns in older Sandy Springs ranch homes, the kind where a previous owner finished the basement and buried a joint behind drywall. She asks more questions than the rest of us combined, which is exactly what we want.
